Returns & Exchanges
La Garçonne accepts returns on all full-priced, unworn, and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the original delivery date. Items must be returned with all original tags attached and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective container, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and securely attach it to your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
